Abstract: Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of the Air-cooled Generating Unit and the cleaning practice of heat sink in air-cooled unit of # 5,6 machine(600MW) for the second Shanxi Pucheng Huadian Power Generation Co., Ltd, The paper introduced the design principles, equipment modification, pharmaceutical formulations, and operating points of chemical infiltration method to assist high-pressure water jet cleaning, and discussed the feasibility & and its broad market prospects of air-cooled heat sink chemical infiltration assists of high-pressure water jet cleaning.
